LA PALMA
The City Council this week appointed seven people to vacancies on city committees. Named to the Cultural and Beautification Committee were Larry Brann, Kathy Grover and Nancy Papin. Hal Jensen was added to the Development Committee, while the Traffic Safety Committee added Dallas Binger, Richard Lutz and Naresh Patel. There is still one vacancy on the Cultural and Beautification Committee, City Clerk Tami Piscotty said.
