The City Council today will consider whether to continue an agreement with Santa Monica-based KAKU Associates Inc., which provided parking analysis for the downtown redevelopment area. The staff recommends that the council continue to have KAKU work on the plan to make sure the downtown area has sufficient parking. The city has spent $30,020 on the analysis. The council meets at 1 Civic Center Circle at 7 p.m.
