LAGUNA BEACH
A checkpoint will be set up Feb. 27 to address the ongoing problem of alcohol-related accidents and drivers who operate a vehicle without a valid license, police said. The location of the checkpoint will not be disclosed, but signs and orange cones will alert drivers they are in the vicinity, officials said.
