The City Council will decide Tuesday whether to approve the mayor’s appointments to committees and commissions. Mayor Jack W. Mauller has recommended Jan Jensen for the Beautification-Environmental Commission, Louella Brown and Cecelia Soto for the Fine Arts Commission, Michael Andrew for the Park and Recreation Commission, Ginny Richardson for the Senior Commission and B. Lynn Weddington as an alternate to the Personnel Board. The meeting begins at 6 p.m., 6650 Beach Blvd.
