These Buds Aren’t for You as Far as Sending Kids the Right Message

In a commercial for Budweiser, two grubby characters in a market attempt to make a purchase with a canceled credit card. They resort to cash, but are short. They finally decide that buying Bud is more important than buying toilet tissue. Wow! What a great message Anheuser-Busch is sending to the kids--that beer is more important than personal hygiene. What segment of the population is being targeted with these commercials? This Bud’s for you? I don’t think so.
