SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council will hold a public hearing tonight at its regular meeting to hear any protests or objections to charging property owners whose weeds, refuse or dirt were cleared by the city through its 1998 Weed Abatement Program. Property owners will be billed by the city for any cleanup.
At the same meeting, the council will consider awarding a contract to Olsson Construction of Orange for a $1.7-million rehabilitation of the Main Sewage Pumping Station and the Frontera Sewage Pumping Station.
