LAKE FOREST
The City Council took steps this week to retrieve $268,200 from the county for the development of traffic signals in the Pacific Commercecentre. The funds were deposited with the county before the city’s incorporation in 1991. Due to slow growth during the early 1990s, the traffic signal construction on Commercecentre Drive remains unnecessary.
