* UTAH STATE (7-5, 0-1) at LONG BEACH STATE (5-7, 2-0), 7:30 p.m.--The 49ers’ 2-0 Big West start has them on top of the Western Division. They opened with a seven-point victory over Eastern Division favorite Idaho last week, led by Ramel Lloyd, who scored 32 points. He added 17 against Nevada on Thursday. The 49ers forced 19 turnovers and had 10 steals against Nevada. Troy Rolle scored 22 points for Utah State in Thursday’s 84-73 loss at Pacific. The Aggies haven’t won at Long Beach since 1988.
