Parents and neighbors are expected to give their opinions on a proposed expansion of Lutheran High School of Orange County when the Planning Commission holds a hearing on the issue tonight.

The private school wants to build 23 classrooms and boost enrollment from 682 to 950 students at its campus on Santiago Boulevard. The school’s trustees also plan to build a gymnasium, add lighting to the sports field and increase parking.
