GARDEN GROVE
The City Council recently denied claims made by a resident that his civil rights were violated when he was arrested by Garden Grove Police last summer for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. The claims were for unspecified amounts. The council’s decision followed a recommendation from the city’s liability adjuster.
