Two parades celebrating the Vietnamese Tet holiday are now official, after the sponsors met the deadlines in their permit applications this week. The Little Saigon Cultural Arts Assn. will hold its parade Feb. 20; the Tet Parade Foundation’s will be Feb. 21. Both groups had to meet a number of conditions, such as providing a security deposit and finalizing the parade routes.
