GARDEN GROVE
The City Council recently set aside $1.4 million in federal money to help develop a computer-aided dispatch system for the Police Department.
The federal Justice Department awarded the money to the Police Department for the system in November 1998. The City Council formally allocated the funds at a recent meeting.
