* Peter Hart of Camarillo has joined the Bank of Ventura as its in-house mortgage loan officer. He previously formed a mortgage brokering department for another lending institution and owned his own mortgage brokerage.
Hart has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry.
* Lynn Hotchkiss has been recognized by the Bank of Ventura as Employee of the Fourth Quarter. She is executive assistant to Joseph D. Kreutz, the bank’s president and chief executive.
She has worked at the bank in various capacities for 19 years.
* Joann E. Konigsberg of Ventura has joined the Assn. of Bridal Consultants. She operates Renaissance Bride in Ventura, with clients in Ventura County, Santa Barbara and the San Fernando Valley.
The Assn. of Bridal Consultants is based in New Milford, Conn.
