The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

BREA

* Devonshire Drive: Vandalism was reported in the 300 block at 7:40 a.m. Monday.

* Date Street: A petty theft was reported in the 3300 block at 8:43 a.m. Monday.

* Devonshire Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 2000 block at 3:42 p.m. Sunday.

* State College Boulevard: Vandalism was reported in the 200 block at 4 p.m. Sunday.

BUENA PARK

* Lincoln Avenue: A window at a glass store in the 6100 block was reported shattered at 9:21 a.m. Monday.

* La Palma Avenue: A caller said fireworks had caused burn damage to a mailbox in the 7300 block at 10:09 a.m. Monday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Euclid Street: Someone stole china plates worth $1,820 from booth No. 29 at the Old Chicago Antique Market in the 18300 block; reported at 12:24 p.m. Saturday.

FULLERTON

* Quartz Lane: Report of a burglarized black Honda Accord in the 3300 block at 5:48 a.m. Sunday.

* East Yorba Linda Boulevard: Report of a stolen tan Toyota Tercel in the 3200 block at 10:24 a.m. Sunday.

* West Ash Avenue: Report of a residential burglary in the 1800 block at 10:37 a.m. Sunday.

* South Lemon Street: Report of an auto theft in the 1000 block at 6:09 p.m. Sunday.

* Winston Place: Report of a residential burglary in the 2600 block at 11:26 p.m. Sunday.

* South Highland Avenue: Report of a stolen purple Jeep Wrangler in the 1600 block at 8:10 a.m. Sunday.

* South Vine Avenue: Report of a stolen 1982 gold Oldsmobile Cutlass in the 1300 block at 11:57 a.m. Sunday.

* South Highland Avenue: Report of a stolen 1995 white Toyota Corolla in the 1500 block at 4:59 p.m. Sunday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Gilbert Street at Katella Avenue: Report of a person brandishing a firearm near a fireworks stand at 6 p.m. Saturday. Soon after, several callers said a shot had been fired. Witnesses provided a vehicle description for the suspect and police found the vehicle traveling east on Orangewood Avenue from Brookhurst Street. Officers stopped the car and took three people into custody. Police said they found a large blue steel handgun inside the rear panel of the vehicle.

* Jennrich Avenue: An 11-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle as he rode his bicycle out of his driveway in the 10300 block at 7:10 p.m. Friday. The bicycle was dragged a short distance, and the child suffered numerous cuts and bruises to his face and legs. He was transported to UCI Medical Center for treatment.

* Western Avenue at Seaboard Circle: Police conducted a drunk driving and driver’s license checkpoint from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday. About 3,500 vehicles passed through the checkpoint; 1,150 vehicles were stopped. A total of 44 vehicles were impounded, 85 citations were written and five arrests were made. Four of the arrests were for outstanding warrants and one was for driving under the influence.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Coenson Circle: Report of several men drag-racing loud scooters up and down the street in the 19100 block at 8:50 p.m. Monday.

IRVINE

* Blue Lake: A custom-made skateboard worth $150 was reported stolen from the front entrance of Blue Lake Lagoon during the fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

* Fortune Drive: A wheelchair was reported stolen in the first block at 9:46 p.m. Monday.

* Muirlands Boulevard: Tools and a lawn mower engine were stolen after toolboxes in the bed of a truck were pried open in the 10000 block; reported at 7:45 a.m. Monday.

* Walnut Avenue: Two pool lane dividers at the Aquatics Center were snapped in half in the 4600 block; reported at 4:21 p.m. Monday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway at Ocean Avenue: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and showing false identification to police during a traffic stop at 6:07 p.m. Monday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Alicia Parkway at Via Lomas: A man was arrested and booked into County Jail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and driving under the influence at 9:40 p.m. Sunday. Police said he hit three vehicles while driving eastbound on Alicia and then left his vehicle, but was captured a short time later.

* Cabot Road at La Paz Road: A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:25 a.m. Saturday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Paseo la Cresta: A vehicle in the 25500 block was vandalized sometime Sunday evening; reported at 11:20 p.m. Monday.

* Town Center Drive: More than $400 worth of change was stolen from a back room of a business in the 30100 block; reported at 5:20 p.m. Monday.

LA HABRA

* East 3rd Avenue: Report of a prowler in the 1100 block at 5 a.m. Monday.

* West Whittier Boulevard: A drunk-in-public arrest was made in the 1400 block at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.

* East Lambert Road: Report of a residential burglary in the 500 block at 5:56 p.m. Saturday.

* North Monterey Street: Report of an auto theft in the 1000 block at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

* West Imperial Highway: Report of a residential burglary in the 1600 block at 11:07 a.m. Saturday.

* West Imperial Highway: Report of an auto theft in the 1000 block at 2:31 a.m. Saturday.

LAKE FOREST

* Shadowfax Drive: Report of shots heard in the 24000 block at 3:32 a.m. Monday.

* El Toro Road: Report of a suspicious vehicle at 12:05 a.m. Monday.

* Cavanaugh Road: Report of a loud party in the 23000 block at 1:44 a.m. Monday.

LA PALMA

* Moody Street at Crescent Avenue: An 18-year-old Cypress man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday. Officers conducting a routine car stop said the suspect had 1.5 grams of methamphetamine in his possession.

MISSION VIEJO

* Westgate: A set of golf clubs was stolen from a resident’s garage in the first block; reported at 3:05 p.m. Monday.

* Jeronimo Road at Los Alisos Boulevard: A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after police said he failed a field sobriety test at 12:50 a.m. Saturday.

* Alicia Parkway: A 22-year-old man was detained on suspicion of shoplifting at Target in the 24000 block at 12:10 p.m. Friday. Deputies found that the suspect had some outstanding warrants from Los Angeles and booked him into County Jail. The shoplifting charges are still being investigated.

PLACENTIA

* Livingston Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1800 block at 1:48 p.m. Sunday.

* Placentia Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 11:11 a.m. Sunday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard, Valencia Avenue and Rose Drive: Report of a reckless driver at 1:27 a.m. Sunday.

SEAL BEACH

* Ocean Avenue: Police spotted a dead dolphin on the beach near 10th Street about 5 p.m. Sunday. The officers alerted lifeguards, who removed it.

TUSTIN

* Parkcenter Lane: Report of illegal fireworks being set off in the 13600 block at 1:50 a.m. Sunday. Police were unable to locate the culprits.

* Altadena Drive: Police advised those at a loud party in the 17000 block to turn down the volume at 12:01 a.m. Sunday.

WESTMINSTER

* 23rd Street at Arizona: Report of a missing person at 11 p.m. Sunday. Police are still investigating the 37-year-old woman’s disappearance.

* Goldenwest Street: A 36-year-old woman was arrested shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of presenting a forged prescription at a pharmacy in the 15000 block. She was cited and released.

* Westminster Boulevard: A 22-year-old man was arrested about 5:30 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Police said he threw a bottle at an employee of a store in the 6700 block.

YORBA LINDA

* Imperial Highway: A burglary was reported in the 18000 block at 5:31 a.m. Sunday.

* Avenida Grananda: Vandalism was reported in the 21000 block at 1:33 a.m. Sunday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 20000 block at 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Aliso Creek Road at Alicia Parkway: A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 2 a.m. Sunday.

* Aliso Creek Road: A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at the Kmart in the 26000 block at 11:40 p.m. Friday. The suspect was released to his parents’ custody.

* Songbird Lane: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block; reported at 10:50 a.m. Friday.

* Mistral: A boy’s bicycle was stolen from an open garage in the 100 block at 6:45 p.m. Thursday.

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Tessera Avenue: Report of shots heard in the 100 block at 11:31 p.m. Sunday.

* Viaggio Lane: Report of a reckless driver in the 100 block at 8:20 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Tuesday: Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Laguna Woods, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Stanton and Villa Park.
