Sheriff’s Department Seeks Help From Public in Finding 4

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted on suspicion of violating probation or the terms of a drug diversion program. Warrants have been issued in each case.

Mauro Ruben Miramontes, 26, was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon and placed on probation. Deputies said he has violated the terms of his probation.

Miramontes last lived in the 1600 block of Cherry Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Eric Owen Reeves, who also has used the last names of Flowers, Matthews and Reyes, was convicted of possessing illegal narcotics, driving under the influence, brandishing a weapon and battery against his spouse.

Deputies said he has violated the terms of his probation.

Reeves, 34, is white, 5 feet 5, 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He last lived in the 2000 block of Arizona Street in Ventura. He has a skull tattoo on his left arm and a swastika on his right arm.

Frank Adrian Salazar, 29, was convicted of possessing illegal narcotics and placed in a drug diversion program. Deputies said he has violated the terms of the diversion program.

Salazar last lived in the 3000 block of South E Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 9, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. A spider web is tattooed on his left elbow.

Kimberly Marie Astacio, 24, was convicted of possessing illegal narcotics and placed on probation, which she has violated, deputies said. Astacio last lived in the 1500 block of Cypress Street in Oxnard. She is white, 5 feet 5, 114 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
