Teacher Pay
Now is the time. With a surplus of trillions of dollars, we now have a chance to pay our teachers enough to attract the very best. They should be paid on the same scale as any professional.
Educating our children is a first on our list of priorities. Good teachers are the key to a good education. We all know that teachers’ pay is a national disgrace. Now is the time to start acting. If we distribute more money for teachers now, it will easily be assimilated in the budget for the future. I am not a teacher, nor is anyone in my family.
