HUNTINGTON BEACH
Huntington Beach High School has reached its $600,000 goal for the Take the Plunge campaign with a second $100,000 state grant to renovate the high school pool. The Huntington Beach High School Foundation, which is sponsoring the campaign, recently learned about the additional funds. Although the foundation topped its goal, the organization will continue to raise funds to get other needed items, such as a scoreboard, time clock and bleachers. The pool is expected to be completed by June.
