TUSTIN
Orange County Blood Services has awarded the president of the Tustin High School Parent Teacher Organization with the Hometown Hero Award for coordinating six blood donor drives in two years. Evelyn Mumper was also named chair of the year by the Orange County division of the San Diego Blood Bank.
