The Wild Oats, a bluegrass band, will perform Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Civic Center’s Sunken Gardens. The performance is part of the city’s series of free summer concerts, which runs through Sept. 9. The Historical Society and other nonprofit groups will sell refreshments during the event.
