CYPRESS
Richard Storey, city finance director, was recognized by the City Council this week for winning an Excellence in Financial Reporting Award from the Assn. of Government Finance Officers of the United States and Canada. The city’s Finance Department has won the award for writing municipal financial reports for 14 consecutive years.
