Three 18-year-old men were stabbed early Saturday morning after a fight broke out at a Fillmore party, authorities said.

The fight started about 1:30 a.m. when a group of teenagers was turned away from a party in the 700 block of 2nd Street, according to Sgt. Larry Meyers of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. Party guests then fought with the uninvited teens, resulting in the stabbings.

David Montes Jr. and Rafel Negrete were treated and released from Santa Paula Memorial Hospital. Jose Villalvazo Jr. remained in stable condition in the hospital’s intensive care unit. He was stabbed in his right side and also had minor cuts, nursing supervisor Damian Pulido said.

Meyers said at least one of the injured youths is also a suspect in the stabbings, but no arrests had been made of Saturday evening.

“Anybody at the party, victims included, were very uncooperative with the police,” Meyers said.
