LAGUNA NIGUEL
A routine audit of the city’s use of county transportation funds revealed the absence of a required agreement between the city and the Orange County Transportation Authority.
Council members voted 5 to 0 Tuesday to direct city staff to prepare an agreement listing the city’s responsibilities for using Measure M money, which funds transportation improvements through a retail tax equal to half of 1%.
