Goo Goo Dolls Sign Up to Shoot Down Violence
Before performing at West Hollywood’s Key Club last week, pop stars the Goo Goo Dolls joined forces with Levi’s to kick off a “De-fuse the Violence” fund-raiser for PAX, a nonprofit, antiviolence organization.
Band members were the first to sign a denim mural “clothing” Levi’s Fuse Box, a bus that is accompanying the group on its tour of 19 cities. Hundreds of fans followed suit, adding their John Hancocks in support of ending gun violence.
Levi’s is donating $1 to PAX for each signature on the mural. By the end of the journey, campaign organizers hope to have raised $100,000.
