PLACENTIA
After a month of negotiations, the city renewed its contract with Los Angeles-based All City Management Services Inc. to have crossing guards return for the 1999-2000 school year. The $92,486 contract, approved last week, includes up to 8,910 hours of crossing-guard services. The city has not determined how many guards it will get and where they will be stationed.
