The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

ANAHEIM

* Santa Ana Freeway at Ball Road: CHP officers chased and arrested a motorist at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday who was speeding in the northbound lanes of the freeway. The chase began in Mission Viejo.

BREA

* Brea Boulevard: Report of vandalism in the 800 block at 7:09 p.m. Saturday.

* Brea Mall: A burglary and petty theft were reported at 11:38 a.m. Saturday.

DANA POINT

* Via Catalina: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 34000 block at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday.

* Calle Real: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 26000 block at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday.

* Golden Lantern: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 34000 block at 2:02 p.m. Monday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* La Cebra Avenue: Someone broke a fence post in the 10400 block; reported at 4:48 p.m. Friday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Golden West Street: Report of nine teenagers drinking alcohol on a balcony in the 15400 block at 2:13 a.m. Monday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Smithcliffs: A report of a residential burglary in the 100 block at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday. Miscellaneous jewelry was taken.

* Victoria Drive: A wallet and cell phone were stolen from a car parked in a garage in the 2600 block; reported at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Laguna Hills Mall: Deputies arrested a woman detained by Sears security on suspicion of attempting to steal about $400 in clothing at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Campton Place: A woman reported at 5:35 p.m. Friday that she left her wallet at an ice cream store in the 100 block and when she returned the wallet was gone.

LAKE FOREST

* Vintage Woods Road: Someone reported that the coin boxes had been stolen from the laundry machines at an apartment complex in the 26300 block between Monday night and Tuesday morning.

LA PALMA

* Windsong Avenue: Someone slashed the tires of two vehicles in the 4800 block; reported at 9:46 a.m. Monday.

* Kathy Drive: A 1994 Honda Civic was reported missing from a home in the 4500 block at 11:08 a.m. Monday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Newport Boulevard: A bartender in the 2300 block was cited for selling alcohol after hours at 2:30 a.m. Monday.

* Orchid Avenue: Report of a petty theft in the 400 block at 12:30 p.m. Sunday. Someone cut the lock off the coin box to a newspaper stand and took the contents.

* Cortland Drive: Report of vandalism in the 4800 block at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Paint was dumped on the garage floor of a residence under construction.

ORANGE

* Orange Freeway at Chapman Avenue: One person was killed in a traffic accident at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday. All lanes remained blocked until 7:38 a.m., when two lanes reopened. Rain may have been a factor in the crash.

* Imperial Highway at Rose Drive: A robbery was reported at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday.

* Imperial Highway: A reckless driver was cited in the 100 block at 11:17 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Pico: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 100 block at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday.

* Camino de Estrella: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 500 block at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday.

* Avenida Aragon: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 100 block at 12:02 p.m. Tuesday.

* Sarmentoso: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 1000 block at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Camino Capistrano: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 33000 block at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday.

* Camino Capistrano: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 32000 block at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday.

* La Zanja Street: A robbery alarm was triggered in the 26000 block at 11:16 p.m. Monday.

SEAL BEACH

* Pacific Coast Highway: Police found an 11-year-old boy in a parking lot in the 1100 block at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday and returned him to his parents in Anaheim.

STANTON

* Beach Boulevard: Report of an abandoned vehicle in the 11000 block at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday.

* Beach Boulevard: Report of an audible burglary alarm in the 1200 block at 12:46 a.m. Monday.

* Samura Place: Complaint of a loud party in the 7000 block at 1:06 a.m. Monday.

* Magnolia Street: Report of a suspicious person in the 10000 block at 7:32 a.m. Monday.

* Katella Avenue: Report of a traffic collision, no injuries, in the 7000 block at 11:25 a.m. Monday.

TUSTIN

* Pasadena Avenue: Report of a shot fired in the 15400 block at 1:26 a.m. Monday; police were unable to determine its origin.

* Tustin Village Way: Report of a petty theft in the 15600 block at 11:51 a.m. Monday. The owner of a 1997 Chevy Cavalier said compact discs and a purse were stolen.

VILLA PARK

* Lincoln Circle: Report of an audible robbery alarm in the 18000 block at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday.

* Serrano Avenue: Report of a suspicious person in the 17000 block at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday.

* Santiago Boulevard: Report of an audible robbery alarm in the 17000 block at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday.

WESTMINSTER

* Beach Boulevard at Trask Avenue: A 42-year-old Montebello man was arrested on a warrant at 1:22 a.m. Monday.

YORBA LINDA

* Flower Gate Lane: Report of a petty theft in the 20000 block at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: Report of a petty theft in the 17000 block at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Wednesday: Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo and Santa Ana.
