Sheriff’s Deputies Seek Public Assistance in Locating Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in seeking four people wanted on suspicion of violating probation or failing to appear in court. An arrest warrant has been issued in each case.

Miguel Angel Sanchez, who also uses the last names Fermin and Lopez, was convicted of possessing narcotics in 1998 and failed to appear in court to start his sentence, authorities said.

Sanchez, 34, was last known to have lived on 13th Street in Santa Paula and last worked for a tree-trimming company in Ventura.

He is 5 feet 3, 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jaime Andrade Mendoza, 40, was arrested on suspicion of molesting a child and allegedly failed to appear in court after posting bail.

Mendoza’s last known address was in the 100 block of East Ventura Street in Santa Paula, and he last worked for a lumber company in Somis.

He is 5 feet 5, 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has two tattoos, a cross with “Jaime” on his left arm and “Diane” on his right arm.

Eunice Antoinette Sepulveda, 34, was convicted of possessing narcotics and has allegedly violated her probation.

Her last known address was in the 60 block of South Main Street in Ventura.

She is 5 feet 11, 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jeffrey Scott Collins, 34, was convicted of drugs and weapons charges and allegedly violated his probation. He was last known to have lived in the 300 block of Highland Avenue in Oxnard.

Collins is 6 feet, 165 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.
