Share

As of Tuesday, at least 57 school districts across Los Angeles County had received results for the Stanford 9 standardized test administered this spring.

Students in grades 2 through 11 were tested on reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, history and social science. The California Department of Education is required to post all scores by June 30. (The Times will subsequently publish some scores for schools in Los Angeles County.)

In the La Canada Unified School District, as one example, all grade levels tested above the national average in reading, math and language arts. Most scores in the 3,424-student district fell into the 70th and 80th percentiles for these subjects.
