The Orange County district attorney’s office is seeking a former Fountain Valley man for failing to pay child support. Sabar Elsalah, 41, whose last known address was 10667 El Morro Circle, owes nearly $73,000 in delinquent support payments, officials said. Elsalah is one of eight men whose names and faces will appear on the district attorney’s first of what is planned to be an annual Deadbeat Dads poster. Combined, the men owe about $1.5 million in child support. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Elsalah can contact prosecutors anonymously at (714) 796-8126.
