SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council next week will consider extending a no-stopping zone on El Camino Real south of Spring Street. It would eliminate two parking spaces next to the mission. There is some concern about the continued reduction of parking spaces in the downtown area, but city staff is recommending approval of the zone extension. Information: (949) 493-1171.
