LAGUNA BEACH
The City Council this week made four appointments to the Vision Planning Committee, a group designed to develop concepts for the city’s future. Residents Walker Reed, Anne Johnson, Pauline Walpin and Joan Corman Block will serve along with one more appointee to be announced at a special committee meeting Tuesday at 4 p.m. in council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Regular meetings for the committee will be at 6 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
