The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing today on the proposed expansion of a self-storage facility. The owners of Discount Self Storage want to add 5,844 square feet to the two-story business at 550 Richfield Road. Commissioners will hear comments from anyone supporting or opposing the proposed project before voting on the plans. The meeting is at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 401 E.
