Saddleback Memorial Medical Center will hold a free breast self-exam class from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Participants will learn how to perform a self-exam as well as how to assess the risk of breast cancer and the importance of mammography. Saddleback Memorial is at 24451 Health Center Drive.
