A court hearing with the Serrano Water District and Orange Park Acres Assn. has been continued to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Department C at the Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Environmental and homeowner groups, led by the association, are attempting to stop the proposed sale of the 525-acre Barham Ranch to developer SunCal Cos. The land is jointly owned by the water district and the Orange Unified School District.
The association filed a lawsuit against the water district for allegedly violating the California Environmental Quality Act by failing to conduct an environmental impact review in an agreement between the water district and SunCal.
