The cult favorite “The X-Files” and the summer surprise “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” return to the airwaves this weekend.

Dick Van Dyke plays Dr. Sloan and an identical mobster in a two-hour “Diagnosis Murder” tonight at 8 on CBS.

Chuck Woolery hosts the new Fox game show, “Greed,” tonight at 8. Contestants are pitted against each other to win a potential $2 million.

AMC’s new series, “Cinema Secrets,” Friday at 9 p.m., explores the special effects industry and its history, including “Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.”

Chicago Cubs great Sammy Sosa meets his fans on “Kids Say the Darndest Things” Friday at 8 p.m. on CBS.

Dicky Barrett, Terence Trent D’Arby and Billy Porter are among the stars of “Shake, Rattle & Roll,” CBS’ two-part look at the birth of rock in the 1950s, Sunday at 9 p.m. The conclusion airs Nov. 10 at 9 p.m.

Randy Quaid, Whoopi Goldberg and Roger Daltrey head the cast of the special effects fantasy “The Magical Legend of the Leprechauns,” Sunday and Monday at 9 p.m. on NBC.
