The City Council will meet tonight to consider plans for a three-story, 103 room, Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites on the northeast corner of Garden Grove Boulevard and Chapman Avenue. The council meets at 6:45 p.m. in chambers, Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. Information: (714) 741-5000.
