ORANGE
Colleen Buffington, vice president of Career Networks Institute in Orange, has been elected to the board of the California Assn. of Private Post-Secondary Schools, which represents more than 300 schools.
Buffington founded the health care career institute five years ago to offer vocational training for those who are low-wage earners, unemployed or laid off.
