SAN CLEMENTE
People within 50 miles of Camp Pendleton may hear loud explosions or feel rumbling today and tomorrow as Marines train with powerful live explosives from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The training exercise will take place near the north end of the base, and, depending upon atmospheric conditions, the sound of explosions may be amplified and heard from several miles away.
