The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* South Brea Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 400 block at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Pearl Avenue: A robber broke a door frame and ransacked a house in the 9500 block and stole $540 in jewelry at 1:39 p.m. Friday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Adelle Street at Lampson Avenue: A report was made of an assault in the 1600 block at 4:08 p.m. Sunday. Two people standing outside a known gang hangout were beaten with sticks and bats by four people who spotted the victims as they drove down the street. Two Garden Grove men were arrested on suspicion of assault. The victims suffered minor injuries.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Beach Boulevard: A man chased cars in front of Ralphs supermarket in the 19000 block at 8:49 p.m. Saturday.

LAKE FOREST

* Towne Centre: A man returned a video camera to a store in the 26500 block saying he had just bought the camera and that it did not work, at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 14. The employee opened the resealed box and noticed the camera had been switched with an older, used one. The man was contacted at his home, and the hidden new camera was found. He was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary.

* Bake Parkway and Trabuco Road: Deputies stopped a car for vehicle violations at 8:35 p.m. Nov. 13. The driver was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants. The driver was searched, and deputies found him in possession of cocaine. They also determined that he was driving under the influence of narcotics.

* Lake Forest Drive and Toledo Lane: Deputies stopped a car for vehicle violations at 4 a.m. Nov. 13. The driver had two outstanding warrants and was arrested and booked into County Jail.

MISSION VIEJO

* La Paz Road and Chrisanta Drive: A man was stopped for a traffic violation at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was arrested for an outstanding warrant and booked into County Jail.

PLACENTIA

* South Kraemer Boulevard: An assault and battery was reported in the 100 block at 7:28 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Kimberly Avenue: A narcotics violation was reported in the 700 block at 10:58 p.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 20400 block at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* La Paz Road: An unlocked bike was stolen from a store bike rack in the 26900 block at 4 p.m. Nov. 15.

* Hollyoak: A vehicle parked in the 24000 block was broken into with a pry tool Nov. 14. The incident was reported at 3:20 p.m. the next day. The loss included a wallet, briefcase, organizer and gym bag.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
