LAGUNA HILLS
The fate of Aliso Viejo’s incorporation could rest in the hands of the Laguna Hills City Council tonight as it votes on a controversial 340-acre annexation proposal.
City officials are recommending that the council move forward and annex two parcels in Aliso Viejo, which includes two residential areas, a park and commercial district. Both areas are defined within Aliso Viejo’s proposed cityhood application, which was filed in September.
The council will meet at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia. Information: (949) 707-2600.
