SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council may approve speed limit changes on three city thoroughfares.
The limit on Sarmentoso would be raised from 30 to 35 mph and on Avenida San Pablo from 25 to 35 mph. On Camino Faro, the limit would be reduced from 30 to 25 mph. The council meets Wednesday.
