LAGUNA BEACH
A proposed bond measure that supporters say will help upgrade facilities and expand El Morro Elementary School top the agenda at today’s joint meeting of the Laguna Beach Unified School District and the City Council. Also on the school district’s wish list are renovations to existing school play fields and the swimming pool. Following the 6 p.m. meeting, the council will meet with the Board of Adjustment/Design Review Board at 8 p.m. Both meetings are to be held in council chambers, 505 Forest Ave.
