SAN CLEMENTE
The Planning Commission is scheduled to meet tonight to make recommendations for new speed limits in the city. The speed limit will affect streets surrounding businesses, school zones and in residential areas. A separate speed limit at blind railroad crossings and alleys also will be announced. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio.
