The City Council unanimously voted to postpone until February a public hearing on whether a Beardsley Circle homeowner is creating a public nuisance by using bird feed to attract flocks of wild ducks to her backyard. The homeowner has stopped feeding the birds, and the council wants to avoid taking action for a few more months until it can determine whether the birds will return.
