** 1/2 Kevon Edmonds, “24/7,” RCA. Shades of his brother Babyface are evident in Edmonds’ chocolaty sound, but not to a troubling degree. It’s too much filler that mars his debut solo album (in stores Tuesday), though the former After 7 member scores more often than he misses. Standout tracks with bite: “I Want You More” and “No Love.”
