Milwaukee Outlasts Ice Dogs
Richard Lintner broke a 2-2 tie in a sudden-death shootout to lead the Milwaukee Admirals past the Long Beach Ice Dogs, 3-3, at Milwaukee. The score was tied, 2-2, after two periods, and a scoreless third sent it into a shootout. Each team was two for five in the shootout, sending the game into a round of sudden death, in which Milwaukee went 1-1 and Long Beach failed to score.
