The third annual Pet Parade and Chili Cook-Off will be Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. at the Art-a-Fair Grounds. Admission to the event is free. Pet parade entry is $7.50; chili entries are $35. The deadline to enter is Friday. Information: (949) 497-2474.
