SEAL BEACH
Southern Californians are invited to help clean up the shoreline at the Naval Weapons Station on Saturday. The effort is part of the national Coastal Cleanup Day.
Cleanup will take place from 8 a.m. to noon, and lunch will be provided. Anyone interested in volunteering is advised to wear cool clothing, sunscreen and gloves and bring bottled water to drink. The station is at 800 Seal Beach Blvd. Information: (562) 626-7215.
