** The Beatles, “Yellow Submarine Songtrack,” Capitol. Talk about sea of green. This is basically an excuse to recycle some much-anthologized Beatles songs once more, baited with the scent of a remastered-remixed sonic upgrade and accompanied in the distance by store shelves full of ancillary merchandise. It’s a package of all 15 songs heard in the 1969 film--only six were on the original album--but this is an uneven batch of Beatleware by any measure, a jumble of cuts from five albums starting with 1965’s “Rubber Soul.” And since it clocks in at 45 minutes, why not throw in the George Martin orchestral score music that was on the 1969 edition?
