Attacker Sought in Santa Ana Stabbing Death
Police are seeking a man who stabbed another man to death and wounded two others in an early-morning brawl involving 15 people in front of a Santa Ana dance hall.
Jesus Lopez Ramirez, 25, of Anaheim was stabbed once in the chest at 1:57 a.m. Sunday during the fight near the dance hall at 220 W. 3rd St.
Paramedics took Ramirez to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he died at 7:22 a.m.
Two others were slightly injured in the fight, said Santa Ana Police Sgt. Alan Caddell. Although police do not have a motive, they do not believe the fight was gang-related.
