* Santa Monica-based Rubin Postaer & Associates named Pen Pendleton vice president and account director for national Acura advertising and Greg Smith vice president and director of field operations, handling Acura regional advertising. Pendleton comes from Los Angeles-based Ground Zero and Smith worked at Suissa Miller Advertising, also based in Los Angeles. Rubin Postaer was awarded the Acura business, previously handled by Suissa Miller, in July. Rubin Postaer is adding about 90 people to work on Acura.
